This weekend only, popular NY crustacean slinger Luke's is setting up shop (actually tent) on the banks of the Charles to stuff HOC spectators and dispirited rowers with their specialty lobster, shrimp, and crab rolls, as well as bowls of chowdha from Maine favorite Outlet Malls Hurricane's.
