Belgian waffles and pomme frites at Faneuil Hall

After almost an entire year of cutting through municipal red tape, the Hub's first Belgian fry and waffle joint from a trio of 20-something-first timers has finally opened its doors in the old Yankee Publishing Building, serving three sizes of traditional pomme frites accompanied by a multitude of cleverly named dipping sauces like Saturday Night Chive and Samurai Saus, along with classic sugar-infused waffles done Liege-style -- a variety known for being rich and dense, so they're just like George Foreman, in almost every imaginable way.
