Peering past the people eating in the large bay window of this new Newbury sushi haven will reveal chefs rolling tasty fish candy like a Baked Alaska (eel, cream cheese & avocado topped w/ a salmon melt) roll and a tuna/ shrimp/ tobiko eight-piecer, alongside myriad sakes, and delicious creativeness like a ponzu-sauced filet mignon tataki w/ minced ginger, and Japanese potato/ egg salad wrapped around smoked salmon that's fittingly monikered the Smoked Salmon Bomb, also what Newton's Barry's Deli used in their short-lived campaign to attract a more urban audience.
