The sandwich savants are celebrating Colorado brewery Oskar Blues' arrival in Chi by tapping a quartet of suds (Mama's Little Yella Pils, G'Knight Red Imperial IPA) and offering up a quartet of "blue" food specials like a certain braised clue-giving canine hickory-smoked turkey with blueberry chutney and marinated blue marlin 'wiches.
