1. Yuzu 1715 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60622 (Ukrainian Village)

Yuzu's from a well-traveled sushi chef (Kamahachi, Sushi Wabi) who got his start in San Fran manning a robata grill, and decided Chi was the place to return to tiny skewered meats amidst 130yr-old barnwood and massive murals of Japanese comics, who despite the language barrier STILL get plagiarized by Dane Cook.
