Due Lire is doing up a pig roast "Italian-style", which means hurling obscure Venetian insults at it stuffing it with fennel, sage & garlic before slow roasting it and serving it up with pork jus and apricot demi-glace along with sides like caramelized Brussels sprouts w/ Pecorino & mint, and an optional accompanying beer flight from Metropolitan.
