A former Wolfgang Puck pastry chef has opened up her own shop/studio in Pilsen where she's turning out cocoa-based artistry like disks of chocolate topped with candied rose petals and Kashmiri chai bonbons, or if your significant girl is into learning about/eating an insane amount of sweets, she offers introductory chocolate-making classes on Saturdays.
