Boasting deep red chairs, individually walled booths, and a 30ft L-shaped marble bar, Edo's doing super-accessible Japanese via Benihana-ish chef stations serving up steaks, sushi rolls, and chicken/shrimp tempura. Wash it all down with Nigor, Raspberry, and Black & Gold sakes, the latter of which should only be wiped up with a Terrible Towel.
