Founded by a CIA grad and run by the same guys as Outback (no rules! just right!), this Floridian chain offers up swimmers including Chilean seabass, Snake River trout, Gulf grouper, and lobster tails, then recommends sauce pairings such as Chimichurri or Warm Mango. The rest of the menu stretches from a sirloin & crab cakes entree, to shrimp Bang Bang Tacos, while boozing's accomplished via a monster draft list (Killer Whale Cream Ale, RJ Rockers Patriot Pale...) and a ton of martinis designed to help you... bang bang something.
