Saturday, Heritage Village formally becomes Cedars Food Park, hosting trucks from Enticed Shaved Ice to Cajun Tailgators (check out their delicious deal right here). For the opening bash, there'll be... well, food amongst historic buildings, plus live tunes from The Sicklies, "a band of front porch, Appalachian, echoing-through-the-hollow music", but not "echoing-through-the-holler music", because that'd make them rednecks.
