Jalapeno gravy chicken fried steak!

For its 10th bday, the FW resto just dropped a new, locally-sourced, Texas-centric menu with apps like fried green tomatoes with lump crabmeat ravigote, plus lunchables such as chicken-fried tenderloin sliders with jalapeno-bacon gravy. Later on, dinners involve fried Bandera quail (with blue corn & bleu cheese grits, and jalapeno parm spinach), and the mushroom-Dijon-topped/chipotle-mash-abutted pheasant breast, not to be confused with peasant breasts, which were apparently so magnificent they led the French army to victory.
