Richardsonian meat puck goodness

Inducted into our Favorite Five Burger List due to the fact that it's been serving red meat since the year Joe McCarthy died (1957, and they have the original menu on the wall to prove it), Del's finest offering (and this is of course debatable) is their mushroom-swiss: grilled just right, with perfectly smoky meat, soft-yet-juicy 'shrooms, and well-melted cheese, it's just messy enough without being a pain in the ass despite being loaded with enough Mayo to sink USC's basketball program forever.
