Literally just around the corner, P@P's new building features cavernous ceilings, a swirling chandelier by artist David Gappa, and modern-art-lined walls fronted by tall, padded bench seating. The menu's unchanged from last year's refresh, with numbers like jalapeno-jelly fried chicken livers (over cornbread w/ creamy roasted 'peno gravy), southern-fried rib eye, and, served over quinoa, garlic spinach, and lentils, pan-seared Scottish Salmon, which tastes even better after smoking a fat Bay City Roller.
