Osteria Marcos has pig & CO crafts

Warm up for the GABF by attending this pig-focused five-courser at Frank Bonanno's Italian joint that pairs dishes with beer from Durango's SKA Brewing. There'll be Ciccioli Cannoli/ garlic whipped potatoes with a Euphoria Pale Ale, a Decadent Imperial IPA with a cherry wood-smoked porchetta (w/ caramelized apple sauce), and house-cured pancetta bread pudding/ Dulce de Leche aside a Steel Toe Milk Stout, which has just about the kick you'd expect.
