Celebrate the new year

LoDo's swank Richard Sandoval resto's serving up four courses and a toast at midnight for a reasonable 65 bones, with dishes including a Lobster-Huitlacoche dumpling soup with nori/ truffled egg/ tomato, a seared Hudson Valley foie gras with Peking duck mole/ curried apple chutney, and a bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin with a Szechuan glaze, so maybe just drop that "lose 10lbs" resolution down to six or something.
