The Oregon Ducks roll into town Saturday to beat CU like the Mighty Ducks beat Iceland in D2, but you can take solace by eating their mascot at OAK that night, as they break out a new rotisserie to cook duck, and then serve it with buckwheat crepes/ housemade hoisin/ forbidden black rice.
