Chef-of-the-moment Lon Symensma continues his reign of serving the LoDo masses “inspired interpretations of traditional Asian dishes” with a trio of new Summer dishes including Peking duck with moo shu pancakes/ heirloom radishes, seared salmon aside miso-buttered corn, and for dessert, Malaysian shaved ice smothered in berries & peaches, which is also how Louie Anderson's living will demands he be killed if he's ever on life support.
