TCU-adjacent pan-Asian eats

On Saturday(!), the Aardvark Bar & Grill guys unleash Hammerhead, which differs from typical sushi spots in two key ways. First, with low-lighting, red-velvet booths, and loud tunes on the PA, they're going for an atmosphere that's more rock club than raw fish, and second, they're not really serving that much raw fish, with just a few rolls (the Crunchy Frog and the Volcano) bolstering a classic-'n-tweaked pan-Asian menu that ranges from good-old-fashioned General Tso Chicken, to Korean Tuna Tacos, to Crawfish Chorizo Wontons, which like Crawfish Chorizo Tauntauns will have you saying "I thought they smelled delicious...on the outside".
