New digs, nutty name, sensible fare

Bridgehampton's popular bistro's taken its wine-braised short ribs & chive gnocchi, pan-roasted local fluke w/ tiny clams & pancetta, and truffle-buttered English pea & lemon ravioli to a more spacious location with sidewalk seating, white subway-tile walls, tin ceilings, a handcarved bar, and bathrooms lined with pages from famed cookbook authors including Craig Claiborne, likely plastered on there by Craig Kilborn, as he clearly doesn't have anything cooking these days.
