1. Dishoom Shoreditch 7 Boundary Street, London, E2 7JE (Shoreditch)

Dishoom's easterly sophomore is a huge, two-floor affair packing in antique Bombay furniture from art deco to 1960s styles, as well as "the most advanced Indian kitchen in the UK" to push out an all-day menu including 'ditch-only bites like lamb raan, which is flame grilled, pulled off the bone, and served in a bun baked on-site. The hugely expanded bar slings pints brewed specially for them by nearby Beavertown, plus Subcontinental 'tails like the Bombay Manhattan (w/ home-brewed cinnamon vermouth), and the Paan Sour: bourbon, lime, and psychoactive betel leaf they say might leave "the drinker... somewhat flabbergasted".
