Beyond-tapas Spanish in Shoreditch

Officially opening tomorrow in Shoreditch, the latest from the Brindisa peeps sees them expanding beyond tapas to all manner of paella and fish dishes, all served across a long open-kitchen bar, and in an open courtyard. You'll find salt-cured tuna fillets, butifarra sausage sliders, and "lobster with bomba" -- known as "the king of paella rices", and also known as one of the rare occasions Alberto Tomba wasn't with crabs.
