Now available at Liverpool Street's sleek, bi-level resto, this throwback flambe-er sees the head chef come to your table with stove, ingredients, and awkward small-talk, then whip up two courses from scratch and set them on fire. Pick from Steak Diane, beef stroganoff, or scampi w/ Gruyere-based Mornay sauce, then move to crepes suzettes or banana flambe. Everything's paired with equally combustible 'tails like their Cognac/curacao/cinnamon Blood Orange Blazer, even though you're already wearing a booze jacket.
