Going minimalist with a white-walled, wood-hewn interior, this outfit has bussed in a behemoth known as the Slayer Espresso Machine, which is literally made of heavy metal (and that most satanic of woods, Peruvian walnut), and uses £14k worth of tech to yield absolute control over water pressure, temperature, and brewtime, allowing baristas to create an "almost infinite variety of flavours" from a single bean.
