Kicking off this Fri on the Southbank for the whole crazy-long bank holiday, WSFF lives up to its name with a globe-spanning array of hand-held chow, including: Southern US smokehouse BBQ, Korean bibimbap, from-scratch Mauritanian curry, Ethiopian coffee, Taiwanese bubble tea with its "small chewy balls", and the thankfully unrelated Thoroughly Wild Meat Company slinging homegrown salt marsh lamb burgers.
