Borough Market goods, straight to the plate

Now open in Borough Market, Elliot's wood-decked, brick-walled space is dominated by a large table laden w/ self-baked loaves (from self-milled flour!), and offers a daily changing menu dictated by the best stuff coming out of the stalls, which could produce the likes of roast chicken leg w/ chanterelles & spring onions, crumbed lamb w/ tartare sauce, or grilled squid w/ aioli & dukkah -- a hazelnut & herb dust that's actually Arabic for "to pound", which unfortunately isn't how the bill tallies it.
