Meat and cocktails come to Mayfair

Swinging doors today, this modern-art-filled Soho sister-spot busts out a whole new menu, sporting the likes of duck skin "quackling", rack of Glencoe red deer, and king scallops w/ ham hock. Cocktails count the Temperley Tea (cider brandy, chilled peppermint tea, apple syrup & lime) and the rye'd-up Ward 8 -- originally "invented to bribe the electorate", it must have been a close companion of the absinthee ballot.
