Salt beef in a pub

Popping up in Soho's Queens Head for the next month, B&B will pack their home-cured salt beef either between bagels, black/white rye, or wraps, and alongside a slew of pickles (kimchi, Japanese radish, beetroot, fennel, honey gherkins, pepperoni, etc.), or covered in brined cabbage & melted cheddar -- a dish known as a Lord Rupert, or Blue Rupert when you add Stilton, and Red Rupert when you mention bribing the constabulary.
