Up and coming chefs hit a Soho pub

Taking over the upper floor of The Endurance for the month of September, Free Company is a trio of up-and-coming Brit chefs (ex. Salt Yard & Opera Tavern) looking to fill your Soho lunchtimes with lamb neck, pork cheek, and large, not-so-pearly king oysters, and your evenings with beer-baiting fried chicken, ribs, and doughnuts.
