A steakhouse -- for seafood

Having mastered the world of beef, Hawksmoor have turned their attention towards the sea, using a huge art-deco space in Air Street to cook up Poseidon's heartier bounty (along with all the usual cow-cuts), including charcoal-grilled monkfish, turbot shoulder steaks, Dartmouth lobster, and paper-baked royal bream. To keep things from getting remotely healthy, they've also added a slew of new cocktails that include the Full-Fat Old Fashioned made with butter-infused bourbon, a method of butter ingestion that beats the spread.
