India's spice bazaars come to Hammersmith

Named after the spice sacks that decorate it, this Bollywood-postered Hammersmith restaurant divvies up dishes according to which of India's more famous spice bazaars they originated in. In that vein, Delhi's Tokri has given us Macchi Amritsari (spiced tilapia steaks in curry leaf batter), the Tawa of Chowrenghee Lane provides charred king prawns wrapped in banana leaves, and Maanshahari gives up its lamb shank Roganjosh, subcontinentalized with dried ginger & mace powder, so if any chef tries to rob it of its authenticity...ahhhh!!!! My chef eyes!!!!
