Assuming you're Pizza Russian Roulette-ed out* (*impossible), hit this teensy-weensie new WLA 'za palace for a different type of heat, courtesy of an Italian culinary schooled pizzaiolo who's throwing single-serving discs into an oven running at 1200 degrees, with one-minute cook times for pies like the Pecorino Romano (mozzarella, balsamic mushrooms, arugula) and the Pallino (roasted artichoke, bacon, tomato sauce, mozz).
