This upscale Middle Eastern eatery's got bites prepared by a former Roubouchon/Craft guy (w/ options including roasted quail w/ cinnamon consomme & kibbeh, lamb shoulder w/ green wheat & dukkah spice, and Israeli cous-cous w/ sea urchin, lemon & mint), all in a skylight-lit courtyard-type space finished w/ tiles from Morocco and Lebanese wood, which is difficult to acquire after too much Beirut.
