This Culver City gastrobistro (in the spot that last housed Sublime Food Lounge) has sleek, deco-style chairs and a massive wood bar (as well as a crazy art thingamajig on the roof). Food's from a former Ford's Filling Station guy, who's now filling your station with scallops sided with fingerling succotash & hazelnut brown butter; thin-crust pizza w/ bacon, leeks & onion; and hanger steak tartar w/ quail egg and charcoal essence, also a short-lived spinoff publication covering the fashion trends and lifestyle choices of African American women between the ages of 18 and 49 who love to grill stuff.
