Ok, see if you can follow this delicious logic: 2010 Food & Wine Best New Chef Jonathon Sawyer runs a joint in Cleveland named Greenhouse Tavern, and he’s taking over Harry’s Pizzeria next Wednesday, when it’ll be called Greenhouse Pizzeria, and only serve minimal pizza. But, what will be plated in the latest rendition of Michael Schwartz’s pop-up series is more than worth the confusion: a Florida octopus pie, seaweed butter-coated littleneck clams, and porchetta-style pork shoulder known as "Pig Mittens".
