Blue Collar changes colors, and its menu, for October

To honor the owner's Ma, Blue Collar's gone pink for Breast Cancer Month (pink tux tees on the waiters, pink sign out front), during which it'll be serving Marsha's (mom!) bacon salad, a seared, plum gastrique-covered duck breast, and a roasted prime rib with rosemary paprika spuds named for someone named Gaga, so open up and say rah rah ah ah ahhh.
