Pincho Factory's fried cheeseburger is back

After a way-too-long hiatus, the Pincho Factory is blessedly re-releasing its Fritanga Burger through the end of the month: a 5oz patty topped with homemade slaw, tons of crema, and a mighty slab of queso frito, or fried cheese, a job presumably handled by Slim Charles.
