Tentacles never tasted so good

One year into his stint making Haven yours for nitro ice cream and lamburger sliders, Todd Erickson has reloaded his menu with ceviches and sliders, but the showstopper is his new totally potato-less Squid Fries, which wrap the tentacles in panko and graham cracker, fry the crap out of them, and serve the suckers (literally!) with guava-chili sauce, lime zest, and epazote chiffonade. Take that, sweet potato fries.
