Because you're probably already super tired of the menu at this Mexican joint you've only been to once, they're shaking things up by throwing a monthly-rotating stock of local farm ingredients into a host of new ceviches (including sushi-grade ahi with chile arbol, watermelon diver scallops, and burnt orange chile vinaigrette), and taco platters like a fish of the day with jalapeno tartar.
