New skills hit the bowl

Uptown's organic eatery/bowling alley/booze basin has a new chef, and with him, a revamped menu of locally sourced goodness like a curried chevre fusilli with English peas, tilapia fish and chips with homemade fries, a mock duck banh mi sandwich with pickled carrots, and a cornmeal-fried walleye po-boy, not to be confused with a Wall-E po-boy, which is what happened when he blew all his money partying.
