Like a hermit crab crawling into a new shell, or an Iron Man 2 replacing Oscar-nominated Terrence Howard with also-nominated Don Cheadle (Didn't notice? You're an awful person!), Kopplin's is trading up, having just completed a frenzied move to vastly bigger, vastly more stylish digs (note: in both space and style, vastly = 3x).
The high-aesthetic St. Paul coffee shop's all elegant dark wood (on its stool-lined coffee bar), red leather, brass-studded chairs, and sleek plank flooring, and widens their selection of locally baked munchies and fair trade organic beans that're "carefully selected for their exceptional character", so like, the opposite of Mr. Bean. Satisfy your:
Thirst: They're pouring macchiatos, capps, lattes, and mochas, as well as Spanish-style cortados (cut with warm milk), a range of Tea Source teas including a "chai of the month", specially selected drip coffees & cold presses, and hot chocolate made using goods from Rogue Chocolatier, who better be wearing gloves. Ah, screw it, let's make out!
Hunger: Rogue's also hooked them up with an array of artisanal chocolates, and there's dairy from St. Paul Cheese Shop, as well as baked goods from Rustica, including the orange flower/ almond cream/ brioche Bostock, Soleiles (danishes with pastry cream and tart cherries), scones, croissants, and cinnamon buns, which in Iron Man 3, will probably belong to Forest Whitaker.
