Live the lifecycle of an Acadia Cafe fry: you start as a whole potato in their kitchen, then get sliced and soaked overnight in a vinegar bath (great for the spores!). You're then topped with melted cheddar jack and spicy jalapenos, and, if you're lucky, piled high with Ted's Big Red Chili before you're chewed up by the tiny gastropub's hungry patrons, dying happy with the knowledge that you lived it right.
