This ex-urban 75-seater's named for/helmed by a dude named Steve who spent 10 years in the kitchen at famed French-taurant Rover's but is now saying "non" to frog-food in favor of comforting Northwestenance, like a blue cheese/ bacon/ crispy onion/ BBQ sauce sirloin burger and a 12oz grilled rib eye, plus smaller plates like crispy chicken wings and handformed cakes made with Dungeness crab -- a great pick-me-up when you're really Dragon.
