For those who work in Dumbo, or just need a snack after a long day of riding vintage merry-go-rounds, the LES fromage-meisters opened this takeout spot to sling their revived asiago/ muenster/ butternut squash/ sage brown butter 'wich, plus a gooey new joint with goat gouda, muenster, and candied ginger.
