After a few false starts, the French-Asian (Frasian?) mashup's opening the doors to its clubby, two-story environs, with Deco-ish starburst lights and a rain-like LED chandelier illuminating a menu covering wine-braised beef short ribs, fried Blue Points in sake/garlic sauce, and rolls ranging from lobster & shrimp w/ Kirin dressing, to the smoked salmon/jalapeno salsa/goat cheese/roe Scottish Goat, a combination only for those with a Braveheart.
