Opening right next door to sibling spot Via Tribunali, this sliver of a Seattle coffee shop sports a rare vintage espresso machine, an in-store roaster, Oji cold brewers, and various other aids for brewing joe they describe as a "medium roast crowd pleaser", as dark roast crowd pleasers are usually delivered by Jeffrey Ross, and nobody wants to wake up to that dude.
