Lobster crack on Ludlow

Ludlow Manor's shut down the top two floors in order to focus on bringing a new resto to life on the first one, which looks like an oligarch's reception chamber thanks to massive curtains, distressed mirrors, a gilded trellis, and glitzy chandeliers. New American small plates get a "touch of irony", resulting in a PB&J that's actually a pork belly & jam slider, Lobster Crack (knuckle meat steamed in vermouth), and bacon-topped Ludlow Mac, hopefully not a cheesy nickname you give to yourself.
