Todd English's pork-tacular new Limelight joint and its umbrella-tabled courtyard are trying to get you laid, liquidly, with an off-menu tipple called Night of Passion, a summery Manhattan variation made with Scotch, Carpano Antica, maraschino liqueur, and pureed passion fruit, also Bruce Vilanch's take on the modern Mel Gibson classic.
