Chelsea Italian from a very nice chef

This third location of the Hell's Kitchen Italian favorite -- whose name quite awesomely means "Mouth of The Wine God" -- finds its wood- & brick-laden, rustically romantic vibe bolstered by a stacked wine bar and objectively attractive chef, who is not for getting romantic with. She's cooking up modern takes on classic dishes like grilled octopus w/ red onion & celery, braised quail on grilled polenta w/ balsamic reduction, and a slow-braised beef short rib.
