Forced to shutter her original location on Dominick St shortly after 9/11, Alison's chef/owner has reemerged on 18th St to focus on Franco-American dishes from grilled quail risotto to pot au feu, all in a massive townhouse-y joint sporting a bottom-floor private clubhouse outfitted with a screening room and a pool-cum-dining-table that'll go from seeing you scratch to seeing you eat things made from it.
