Straight off his Top Chef Masters stint, Michelin-starred Vegas wunderkind Alessandro Stratta's new West Vill spot "showcases the best of Italy" in a brownstone with 20ft ceilings, palm trees warmed by a central wood-fired oven, and a kitchen kicking out lobster raviolo, giant, wood-fired prime rib eyes, and 24hr duck leg confit, the only time restless legs are welcome at the table.
